Jayden Lee Mast, 3, of Middlebury, touches a chestnut lamprey that Madelyn Boyer, an intern biologist with the city of Elkhart, is holding. The lamprey was captured in the Little Elkhart River along with 14 other species of fish as part of an educational program at the Middlebury Riverfest.
