A box of letters addressed to Santa Claus sit in Beth Jungels' office Friday at the Syracuse Post Office. As the elf in charge for Operation Santa in Indiana, Jungels has already received more than 150 letters from across the country intended for Santa. For Operation Santa, people are encouraged to adopt a letter and fulfill the sender's wish anonymously.
