Salome de Moya, 12, and Jairo Jimenez paint a storm drain for the Storm Drain Art Project on Thursday at the corner of Fifth and Jefferson Streets. Jimenez, the artist on this particular drain, said he mostly wanted to do the line work and involve the community in filling in the color like de Moya who stopped by and volunteered.
