Susana Cabezas, Salome de Moya and Jairo Jimenez paint a storm drain for the Storm Drain Art Project on Thursday at the corner of Fifth and Jefferson Streets. Jimenez said he's an abstract artist. He wanted to show the cycle of water, starting with the facet and showing it through different cycles with the river and even pollution.
