Niblock Excavating Forman Steve Schwietert operates a Cat 289D3 with a milling attachment along East Madison Street in Goshen, Tuesday, June 7. According to Schwietert the milling of the street was completed this morning. Paving is expected to start Wednesday and the road will be reopened by the end of the week.
