Jamie Hall, a voter registration specialist in Elkhart County, wheels voting machines from a rental truck's lift into the truck in preparation for Tuesday's primary election. Hall and other voter registration employees pre-positioned the county's new voting machines at polling sites. The machines are carried on their own carts and can be easily transported, set up and plugged in.
