Goshen artist Josh Cooper works on a mural in his garage Wednesday afternoon on Wilden Avenue in Goshen. The mural, commissioned by Oaklawn, will be on display at the Elkhart County Courthouse throughout the month of May for Mental Health Awareness Month.
