Technical director Jerry Peters replaces a light bulb on the marquee Thursday afternoon outside the Goshen Theater. Peters and his crew changed the 288 lights on the corners of the marquee to LED light bulbs to spruce up the appearance before the River Bend Film Festival begins May 2.
