Goshen police officers watch a ceremony to dedicate their new training facility in the name of late Chief Wade Branson Wednesday. The center at 713 E. Lincoln Ave., which was once the Shoot to Thrill gun range, is being renovated to serve as a firing range and classroom campus to provide in-service training for law enforcement officers.
