Wakarusa police officer Tim Hershberger helps Devin Smith, 9, of Wakarusa, look for Christmas gifts for his sister Elizabeth Monday evening at Walmart on 2304 Lincolnway East in Goshen. 25 officers from Goshen, Wakarusa and Nappanee police departments were paired up with children from their towns and took them shopping with a $120 spending limit. After shopping, the officers and children returned to the Veterans of Foreign Wars post for a pizza party.
