Goshen police officers check the coat pockets of Jorge Rodrigo Lopez Chinchilla, 59, Bourbon, outside 407 Center St. Wednesday following a domestic incident at the nearby Boys & Girls Club parking lot. Chinchilla is facing four criminal charges after his 33-year-old ex-girlfriend was stabbed.
