A makeshift memorial has been created at the site where three people were killed Saturday night in Elkhart and two others were seriously injured when a vehicle drove off the road and onto a sidewalk and struck a group of pedestrians.
The collision happened at 9:19 p.m. at East Beardsley Avenue and Cassopolis Street.
