Manny Ramirez, of Selge Construction, based in Niles, Mich., smooths out the last of the concrete on the new bike trail that runs along Monroe Street to the Elkhart County Fairgrounds. The trail is now complete and will be an easy was for pedestrians and bicyclists to get to the fair this year.
