Nappanee Mayor Phil Jenkins was the keynote speaker for this year’s Nappanee Chamber of Commerce banquet, which had the theme of “Red, White, Blue and You”. Jenkins spoke about balance in life and the importance of using one’s time and talent wisely. The event was held Monday at Dal Mar Catering and Banquet Hall in Nappanee.
