Studens of the Elkhart County Home will be in the county fair parade Sunday afternoon in Goshen. They are preparing for the float will be entered in the competition. On the float are Leona Decker, left, and seated in the center is Selina Ott. The county home dog lying on the ground is “Duke.” The fair parade starts at 3 p.m. Sunday at Lincoln Avenue, Main and Madison streets.
