Eli Tuner spread-eagles for a splash in an outdoor pool on 13th Street in Goshen this week. Seated behind the pool are Eli’s sister Michelle and Connie Whitehead and her 9-month-old son Joseph. The high temperature have been in the upper 80’s since Saturday, making swimming an attractive afternoon playtime.
