Elkhart County precinct inspectors picked up voting supplies Saturday morning at the county courthouse in preparation for Tuesday’s primary. The supplies included the punch-card voting devisces to be used here this year for the first time in a national election. Joan Rinehart of Osolo Precinct 68 is watching county worker Tom Frost load her election supplies. The project was under the direction of County Clerk Peter Sarantos.
