THE GOSHEN NEWS PHOTO April 27, 1979
Kurt Unrue, 8 months of age, voices his displeasure the best way he knows how about being locked in the family car as Goshen Police Ptl. Sam Johnson works to open the door with a slim-jim device. Goshen police get a variety of these calls from motorists who accidently lock the keys in their car. This "emergency" occurred recently in front of the home of Mr. and Mrs. David Unrue, 307 S. Seventh St., when Mrs. Unrue locked the keys in the car while her husband was away from home on reserve policeman duties. Although Ptl. Johnson wasn't able to open the door on his first try, an unidentified neighbor managed to open the door with a coat hanger and "rescue" little Kurt.
